Why grip socks matter on a reformer

A reformer carriage moves underneath you. Bare feet slip on the footbar. Studio floors are worse.

The silicone grips on the sole stop that slide. You push harder. You hold positions longer. Your form stays honest.

What makes these different

Older grip socks force your toes through separate holes. These do not.

The mid-tube cut sits just above the ankle. The knit holds shape without pinching.
