Please note the following Warranty Statement applies to all Reformers sold by The Core Collab

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Our Pilates Equipment come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and

workmanship for the period specified with each reformer from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

This warranty covers repair or replacement of any product found to be defective due to

manufacturing issues, at our discretion. Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is

required to process warranty claims.

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents,

modifications, or normal wear and tear. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are also

excluded.

How to Make a Claim:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@thecorecollab.com within the warranty

period. We’ll provide instructions for returning the item. Please note that customers are

responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is determined to be defective due to

a manufacturing fault.

Returns Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of

your claim. If approved, we’ll either repair or replace the product and ship it back to you at no

additional cost. If the issue falls outside the warranty terms, we’ll contact you to discuss further

options. Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of The Core Collab and will only be

considered after all repair or replacement alternatives have been explored. If customer requests

a refund rather than repair or replacement, the customer will be required to pay for shipping.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the product. We are not responsible

for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
