Can you hire a Pilates reformer in Australia? Hire vs rent-to-own

The Core Collab doesn't hire out reformers. It offers a 10-month rent-to-own plan instead. The Core Collab's 10-month plan works like a hire, except after the tenth payment the reformer is yours to keep. Here's how it works:

• 10 monthly payments. The Core Collab adds a flat $10 to each payment, so the plan costs $100 more than paying up front.
• No deposit. Your first payment covers it.
• You own it after payment 10. There's no balloon payment or buy-out fee at the end.
• If payments stop, the reformer comes back to us. That's the same as handing back a hired machine.

Reformer hire in Australia is usually charged weekly. One example: Your Reformer's rental program is $39 a week with a 12-week minimum, plus a $300 refundable bond and a $99 delivery and pickup fee.
